Snacking is a daily routine for many people including myself! I have decided to share a list of a few of my favorite healthy snacks!
- Rice Cakes: low calories, fast carbohydrates, low sugar, etc. (Plus there are many flavors to choose from) Chocolate and Caramel flavors are my favorites!
-Raw Almonds: low sodium, healthy fats, fiber to help keep you full, etc.
-Baby Carrots: already washed when purchased from the store, Vitamin K, Beta Carotene, fiber, etc.
-Greek Yogurt: protein packed, probiotics, calcium, etc. ( I buy PLAIN Greek yogurt and add a small amount of raw honey or agave nectar to add flavor. Many of the yogurt products are packed with sugar so I add my own.)
