My TOP 3 Fitness Books

Today I tell you my top 3 fitness books that have helped me on my fitness journey! I first started lifting seriously at 18 years old and I competed in my first bodybuilding show at 19 years old. All of these books have influenced me and how I train. I have listed my top three books below:

- The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding by Arnold Schwarzenegger (my first fitness book I read)

This book is how I learned about bodybuilding, and some of the greatest bodybuilders of all time.

- Evolution: The Cutting Edge Guide to Breaking Down Mental Walls and Building the Body You've Always Wanted by Joe Manganiello

This book helped me learn how to combine mental and physical strength in my workouts.

- Women's Strength Training Anatomy by Frederic Delavier (He also has a book called Strength Training Anatomy which is informative as well)

This book was a great tool to refer to for anatomy and what muscles are being used while exercising.

These are just a few of the fitness books that I have read, it was hard for me to narrow it down to three. There are so many great health and fitness books out there, so do your research and get to reading!
