How To Stay Fit While Traveling

In today's short blog I talk about how to stay fit while traveling. I will share my five tips that can help you stay on track while out of town. Let's get started!

1. Resistance bands- Resistance bands with handles on the ends are great because they are small, can fit in a suitcase, inexpensive, and you can get a great workout in.

2. Drink lots of water- staying hydrated especially while traveling is super important because of different climate changes.

3. Hotel workouts- If your hotel doesn't have a gym, body weight exercises are great. For example, squats, pushups, sit-ups, etc.

4. Smart decisions while eating out- Remember everything in moderation! Whether you are on vacation or a business trip stick to fresh foods (avoid eating fast food).

5. Plan something fun outdoors- If you are on vacation simple things such as hiking, taking a walk on the town checking out the scenery, bike riding, etc. are also great for staying active.
