Everyone Has A Story to Tell: A Blog About Life Experiences

Yesterday was my birthday and it really made me look at things in a different perspective. Sometimes we take things for granted, and yesterday I was just happy to celebrate being around good company and to eat a steak lol. There are many people in the world who do not have the same luxuries you have, so take the time to appreciate it. I know we go through tough times cause that's life, and everyone fights their own battles. I to have been going through some rough times recently with my health and trying to figure out how to regulate it, but it's nothing to dwell on. I've embraced the attitude that I am breathing and functioning, so time to move on about the day. Every day I literally say out loud "I am healthy. I am strong," speaking things into existence and ensuring positive self-talk. I listen to so many podcasts and read books about mindset and having a strong mentality. I realized you can read all the books and things you want, but you have to TRULY believe in yourself, not care what others think or say about you, and actually apply what you learn. That is how you create a STRONG MENTALITY.

I've said it before and I'll say it again that's why it is important to keep friends that have a positive impact, you may not talk to them every day or see them for months cause life gets in the way, but when you hang out with each other that same friendship returns. You share new things with each other and see how people have grown. Just remember to keep good people around you! Shout out to my friends you know who you are, and thank you for being awesome!

Over the course of life you meet people who teach you things/experiences, help you grow as a person, and make memories with. That is where the art of storytelling takes place. I always love listening to what people have lived through, enjoying the laughs together, and listening to people share their emotions during a certain time in their life. I feel that connects us as humans. I recently was able to have a conversation with an 89 year old, and hearing about his life stories really opened up my eyes to living life to the fullest and appreciating being alive. I believe we meet people for a certain reason, to teach us. That's another reason why I love to help train people to become healthy and fit cause it's a part of their story and I learn from clients too.

One day I will tell my story to people when I am ready to share. After all, I'm only 23, and my life is just starting! I hope that this blog inspires people to chase after their dreams no matter what life throws at you. You will have your good and bad days, but keep moving forward. It doesn't matter what your age is, there's so much opportunity out there, so go out and seek it. Hope this blog helps, and thank you for reading!
